Tiny houses- what gives?

What about Treehouse Masters?

If a 34 ft sailboat has about 125 sq ft of living space and a tiny house, RV or tree house have the same, what makes them different? Some tiny houses are not transportable due to their size- up to 300 sq ft. Those are comparable to the nicest tree houses in Fall City, WA.

Some tiny houses are marketed as “movable” on a chassis with wheels that can be pulled behind a truck. So can a 5th wheel RV. A total package would be a diesel pusher, like the one below. The inside is amazingly more deluxe and comfortable than the tiny houses I have seen on the shows.

Costs? Does this drive our choice? Many of the buyers of Tiny Houses are focused on downsizing and reducing the cost of living in a larger house. But, most of them have budgets of $50-$60K. That kind of budget could buy either the treehouse or the RV. The same budget could buy you a floating home.

Maybe not a classic yacht like this Trumpy, but you might not need that much living space.:)
