Biotics
Biotics are defined by Merriam Webster as “of, relating to, or caused by living organisms”.
We have all been prescribed antiBIOTICS. They are meant to help our bodies overcome a bacterial infection that made us sick.
Defined as : a substance produced by or a semisynthetic substance derived from a microrganism and able in dilute solution to inhibit or kill another microorganism

Why do we need these? Sometimes antibiotic use and the modern lifestyle deplete our natural balance of healthy bacteria.
